I´ve received a voucher. How can I use that?
The amount stated on the voucher will be deducted when one or more qualifying products are purchased and the coupon code is applied at checkout. Offer is valid until end of availability. This offer does not apply to past purchases and may not be combined with any other coupons or discount offers. If a volume discount applies to your order, you will receive either the discount set forth in this offer or the standard volume discount, whichever is greater.
How can I pay at Styliamo?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal, as well as payment by bank transfer. We do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders or any other payments by regular, posted mail.
Can you deliver to a post box?
Unfortunately FedEx can not deliver to a PO box, as they require a signature - however if you do not have an alternative, please contact us and we will find a solution.
Do you deliver all goods at once?
Not if you buy several products from different manufacturers as they will be delivered directly from them. In some cases e.g. a table base and a table top from two different manufacturers will be delivered seperately. In this case, however, we will inform you in advance.
How are your products shipped?
Your product will be delivered directly securely packaged by the manufacturer within the stated time to you. Shipping is free. After we hand over your order to the parcel service, we’ll send you an email with the package number. With this, you can track to progress of your order. If you have questions about your order get in touch with us.
Do you also ship outside the european union?
Yes, we do, but please be aware, that all custom duties outside EU are to be paid by the customer.
When will I receive my purchased items?
Our products are all individualized pieces, manufactured especially for you. Delivery times are provided in the item description. Note that on Sundays and public holidays, no notification is made. Whilst we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will make sure we keep you fully updated about any known delay.
How can I change my shipping address?
Just change your settings in your account in the "Address Book" or at the Check-Out.
To which countries does deliver?
For the start delivers to all countries of the European Union and Switzerland. However we do not deliver to the German islands.
How are products packaged?
Our manufacturers and producers are professionals, who have many years of experience, often spanning generations. Their expertise is also reflected in the meticulous and secure packaging of all our products. Starting at a certain size, your item is securely transported in a specially constructed box and / or wrapping.
How can I cancel my order?
All products at Styliamo are custom made to your design and are non returnable unless faulty or damaged upon reciept. All damages or order errors must be reported on receipt of your goods. For more on our cancellation policy, see our Terms & Conditions.
What if I need to return a product?
We work every day to provide you with the best quality designs and products, and truly wish you will be pleased with the product you have ordered from our website. However, if for any reason you are not, please get in touch with us. We will sort out the issue with the manufacturer. Please get further information in our Returns Policy and Procedure section of our Terms and conditions of sale.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Prior to shipment, each product undergoes a strict quality control check. If you still receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. The easiest way to do this is by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photograph of the damage/defect as well as your order/delivery details. We’ll take care of the rest.
How do I return a damaged product?
The returns are organized by the manufacturer, who will pick up the damaged item from you. Please, never send an item back without prior notice. Never send an item to the Styliamo GmbH.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received and inspected the returned item, we will reimburse you. The reimbursement method depends on how you paid for the initial order:
- If you paid in advance, the full amount will be credited to the bank account from which the order was placed.
- For payments via credit card, we will return the amount to your credit card account. You will find the transaction on your next credit card bill. We have no influence on the settlement date of your credit card bill.
- For payments via PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You can then decide whether to leave it on your PayPal account for another online purchase or whether you want to transfer it back onto to your bank account. We have no influence on this.
